'London Kills Series 1' DVD Review

DI David Bradford (Hugo Speer) leads one of the best detective squads in London. This team usually cracks all the cases handed to them. Bradford’s wife has been missing and he’s been on leave. DS Vivienne Cole (Sharon Speer) has been in charge while Bradford was on leave. Cole is very ambitious and in some ways one might think she was trying to take over the squad. When Bradford finally returns to work the two begin to clash over the methods being used in cracking their cases. Tension arises between the two but they still continue to work together. Two others are part of the squad DC Rob Brady (Bailey Patrick) and trainee DC Billie Fitzgerald (Tori Allen-Martin). All four together make up London’s best murder investigation squads.

On cases like a suicide of an MP’s son that appears to be staged the team is able to take care of it. When a groom is killed at his bachelor party the team is able to crack the case. When a corpse of a man is discovered washed up on banks of the Thames by his mistress one might questioning his wife had anything to do with his murder. The case that seems to be unsolvable is the one of the wife of DI Bradford that has gone missing. Until one of their investigations uncovers some evidence linked to the case. Does Bradford have something to do with his missing wife? You must watch the series to find out.
