'M.O.M. (Mothers of Monsters)' DVD Review

I was able to get my hands on a DVD copy of this show and I must say it’s wonderfully done. I had my doubts at first but after watching it I was completely mesmerized. Melinda Page Hamilton stars as a single mother troubled by the actions of her son played by Bailey Edwards. Now Melinda thinks her son could be capable of murder and she goes so far as to use spy cameras all over the house to see what her son is up to.

What’s really funny about all this is that with all the school shootings and violence it’s a wonder that there aren’t more mothers or fathers in real life doing this to their homes. Now Abbey (Hamilton) doesn’t really know what she’s going to find on the film. After awhile she watches the videos only to find out that her son is plotting a school shooting. Abbey is mortified and torn between a mother’s love and the reality of what’s at stake. She finds an online “Mother’s of Monsters" web site to share the videos but what she doesn’t realize is that her son is aware of her actions. Abbey’s attempt to halt her sons actions backfires and he’s using a family secret to use against her. This in turns has mother and son against each other and leads them on a terrifying game of cat and mouse.

Indie Rights is having a world premiere of this film in Los Angeles on March 13th, 2020. They will later release a nationwide Digital HD rollout and if you have the chance you must see this one. The quality of the DVD is fantastic that I was able to view. So watch this when you can and remember this could be happening in your home.
