'The Dead Room' DVD Review

In the backwoods of New Zealand is a nice little farm with a hardworking family that is about to become a mystery. The family flees the farm when their house seems to have taken a life of its own. Doors opening and closing, mysterious sounds, and simply a feeling of doom scares them off.

The mysterious doings at this once enchanting farm has peaked the interests of two paranormal scientists Liam Andrews (Jed Brophy) and Scott Cameron (Jeffrey Thomas) along with their friend a young psychic Holly Mathews (Laura Petersen). The three investigators are a little skeptical when they first arrive on the farm.

As our heroes move from room to room and set up their equipment they realize that something is not right with this house. Once again doors open and close by themselves. Sounds can be heard all through the house and there is no explanation for them. Chandeliers begin to move by themselves and there is not even the slightest breeze to be felt.

The whole story is one possibility of terror but it's not until the last few minutes of the film when you truly learn the horror that's been all around all along. You will be amused and somewhat questioning is there ever going to be something to be scared of but in those final minutes you are going to lose your lunch.

Scream Factory brings this wonderful horror story to DVD on September 6th, 2016 for our viewing pleasure. The DVD is excellent and the sights and sounds are captivating. This is a must for all you horror lovers as this movie will be a must see. This is also a must for that personal library. So don't waste any time and pick up a copy for your viewing pleasure.
