Yup those glass pipes that you smoke your pot and tobacco with are now outlawed in the State of Florida. It is illegal if you buy the pipe to smoke pot, but if you say you are going to smoke tobacco then you can buy them.
Once again we have a law that is a waste of time. Our legislators actually took tax payer money to come up with a law that is of no use. It doesn't stop any smoking of pot. It will not stop anybody from buying them. Well I guess it's time to go smoke some tobacco in that outlawed bong. LOL
